Job Description: We are seeking reliable pet lovers to join our team as Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for animal enthusiasts. Approximately 70% of the role involves dog walking, with 30% dedicated to pet sitting. Our ideal candidates are self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Dog Walking: Provide daily dog walks (1-3 dogs privately) between 10 AM and 4 PM.
• Pet Sitting: Provide care for pets during specific time windows (7-9:30 AM, 1-4 PM, 3-6 PM, 8:30-11:30 PM).
• Care for small pets, including feeding and administering medications.
• Handle waste cleanup and provide extra attention as needed.
• Monitor pets' health and behavior, report concerns.
• Maintain communication with pet owners and office via our app.
• Available Monday to Friday and up to two weekends a month.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Love for animals and comfortable handling various pets, including large dogs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Smartphone for scheduling and reporting.

Compensation:

• Base pay is $12.50 per appointment (approximately 30 minutes long), plus $1 per appointment for fuel. Total approximately $17.25 per hour with travel time.
• Paid training, including Pet CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Flexible hours, with most walks between 10 AM and 4 PM.
• Weekly payroll via direct deposit.
