Position Overview – Chat Support Associate
The Chat Support Associate is the front line of careerzynith’s customer experience. You will engage with a vibrant community of veterinary professionals, guiding them through purchasing decisions, troubleshooting platform issues, and championing their feedback to our product and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities
