Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Service Delivery

- Coordinate with courier partners to schedule pickups, track deliveries, and resolve any carrier‑related discrepancies.
- Sort and deposit mail into private mailboxes, ensuring confidentiality and timely delivery.
- Manage virtual mail services, capturing, organizing, and forwarding digital correspondence as required.

Store Management & Administrative Duties
- Open and close the center, including cash register reconciliation, POS system shutdown, and securing the premises.

Essential Qualifications
