Job Summary: 
The Cluster EHS Manager ensures that all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements are met across a defined group of countries (Cluster). The role holder will be the principle point of contact for all EHS related matters across the cluster but, will progressively increase operationalized EHS at every level of the business. Within the cluster the scope of the role includes the Outages and the GEV OFS offices. The role holder will operate in line with Cluster EHS Manager Standard Work. The role will ensure that EHS Standard Work and Programs are uniformly applied consistently across the cluster. The role will operate at all stages of the Outage cycle from planning through to execution. It is key that the role holder develops and maintains positive relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. The expectation is that the role holder facilitates a progressive EHS culture across the cluster, this means reduced risk, increased operational EHS ownership, embedded standards, application of LEAN, early visibility and visible reinforcement of EHS strengths and conversely, early visibility and impactful intervention where any EHS risk is present.
