Job Description: • Manage electrical substation projects throughout their design lifecycle. • Conduct meetings with project stakeholders and manage action items. • Communicate project milestone requirements with key stakeholders. • Attend customer job walks and provide technical support. • Identify project risks and create a project risk register. • Communicate all project changes in a timely manner. Requirements: • Bachelors or better in Electrical Engineering or related field. • 4 years of relevant electrical substation project experience with at least 3 years of experience as a design engineer. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. • Experience with electrical utility equipment, systems, and project/programs required. • Knowledgeable on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI’s) standard for Organizational Project Management (OPM). • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients, peers, and affiliates.
