Ladle is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of critical customer relationships. This is not a traditional sales role. It is equal parts relationship manager, growth driver, and project manager — and the right person will be equally comfortable in a corporate boardroom and on a site visit with an operations team. You will be responsible for deepening Ladle's footprint within each account, identifying new opportunities across locations and business units, and ensuring every active program is running on time, on spec, and delivering measurable value. You are the face of Ladle to these customers and the voice of these customers back to Ladle.
