The Entry-Level Forwarding Account Representative – Data Entry is a pivotal office‑based role that supports banks and finance companies in managing delinquent auto loans. You will coordinate the repossession process by working closely with our network of contracted agents, bank representatives, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Daily Operational Tasks

- Coordinate with repossession agents to schedule field activities, provide necessary documentation, and monitor progress.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for bank clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and timeliness.

- Prepare and distribute regular status reports to internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
- Assist in the preparation of audit‑ready documentation for compliance reviews.

Essential Qualifications
