- Coordinate with the pharmacy team to route complex medication orders to the appropriate pharmacist for final verification.
- Communicate with physicians, prescribers, and insurance representatives to resolve authorization, eligibility, and reimbursement questions.
- Maintain detailed case notes, track status updates, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while preserving a high level of customer service.
