Your relationship with careerzynith is a contractual one. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. As an independent contractor, careerzynith will not withhold taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have no claim against careerzynith for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind. This arrangement provides you with the freedom and flexibility of self-employment while partnering with a reputable support services company.
