Epic certification in RPB is mandatory with below skills
• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute HB/PB application functionality.
• Build and maintain billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, and collections functionality.
• Configure rules, work queues, edits, reports, and interfaces related to revenue cycle operations.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
