About the role
We are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to support the founder with standard personal and executive tasks.
This role is focused on reliability, accuracy, and clear communication.
Your goal is to handle routine tasks efficiently so the founder can stay focused on strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Scheduling
Schedule meetings and calls
Coordinate time zones
Manage calendar conflicts and changes
Send confirmations and reminders
2. Personal & Routine Tasks
Book appointments and services
Make reservations when needed
Handle simple online purchases and subscriptions
Track important dates and deadlines
3. Travel & Logistics (Occasionally)
Assist with travel planning
Book flights, accommodation, and transfers
Collect and summarize travel options
4. Research & Task Support
Find information or service providers based on clear instructions
Compare options and provide short summaries
Communicate with external providers if required
Requirements
Strong English skills (written and spoken)
Confident use of ChatGPT or similar AI tools for research, drafting, and task execution
Excellent attention to detail
High level of reliability and confidentiality
Ability to follow instructions and checklists precisely
Clear and concise written communication
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Working Format
Approximately 10 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Mostly asynchronous work with occasional syncs
What Success Looks Like
Tasks are completed accurately and on time
Minimal back-and-forth and clarifications
Calendar and routine logistics are always under control
Founder does not need to follow up
Nice to Have
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
Experience supporting founders or senior executives
Experience working remotely
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured support work and values reliability over variety.
