**The Role**
As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and market development for our 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll:
* Develop a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts.
* Identify, prospect, and obtain high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
* Guide sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
* Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join the ecommerce and maximize our products' selection facet & customer base.
* Analyze product selection gaps and execute strategies to attract new sellers to our platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
* Provide sales support and guidance to sellers, including sharing best-practices of online selling and providing statistics-driven insights.
* Identify and resolve vendor problems, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in ecommerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
* Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
* Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with a strong understanding of complex economic data.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of ecommerce experience is a plus.
* 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter is a plus.
* 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
