Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our members and providers. **Daily Responsibilities** As a Behavioral Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for handling inbound behavioral calls and written correspondence, providing timely and informed responses to customer inquiries.
