Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our family. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their meal orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This is a fully remote position, and we're looking for candidates located in Utah or Idaho. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include: * Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders * Addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service * Inputting order information into the appropriate client order screen * Documenting all conversations with clients into our client information database * Ensuring all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file * Contacting case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients * Working quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills * High school degree or GED * 1 year of previous customer service experience * Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) * Clear oral communication skills * Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints * Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values * A wired internet connection using an ethernet port * A quiet workspace that is free from distraction **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * 1 year of previous call center experience * Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems * Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures **Physical Requirements** This role requires: * Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers * Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods * Visual perception to perform the job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus **Benefits and Perks** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A starting wage of $16.00/hour with weekly pay * PTO, 401k, and a full benefits package available after 30 days of employment * A tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 * Eligibility for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1 * Weekly paychecks **Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're a family-operated business that values compassion, friendliness, and a strong sense of community.
