You will be the first point of contact for patients and will be accountable for resolving high-volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision. You will observe standard working procedures and perform tasks as per arenaflex strategies and methodology. You will be responsible for utilizing arenaflex systems to obtain patient and medication data, and your tasks may change depending on the assigned department. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all information entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation. * Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Resolve phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting. * Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintain a functioning expert permit or certification. **Essential Qualifications** * High school certificate or GED. * Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and shut down programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, utilizing a web search tool, bookmarking a webpage, exploring utilizing back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of its employees.
