Position Overview
As the CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary technical expert for our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), specifically working with Adobe Experience Platform. You'll be responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of this critical infrastructure that enables personalized marketing at scale. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, IT departments, and external partners to ensure our CDP delivers maximum value to the business. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights will be key to your success in this role. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing platform performance, and driving adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform Real-time CDP to meet evolving business requirements and ensure seamless operation across all customer touchpoints.
- Technical Leadership: Support new development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Team Enablement: Provide comprehensive technical guidance and expertise to internal agencies regarding segment-building and Real-time CDP platform capabilities.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and implement effective solutions in a timely manner to minimize business disruption.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to align on technology requirements, integration needs, and implementation strategies.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Customer Data Platforms and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure maximum utilization and performance optimization of the platform.
- Training & Development: Lead education sessions and training programs to upskill internal teams on the effective use of the CDP platform.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with Adobe Support and Consulting partners to coordinate product improvements, identify workarounds, and drive platform enhancements.
- Data Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance policies and data management best practices across all platform operations.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical data manipulation and marketing solution implementation, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent Customer Data Platform solutions. Familiarity with similar platforms such as Salesforce Customer 360 or Segment is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
