**Job Summary**

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration)
* Current certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night and weekend hours
* Basic computer skills, with experience using electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6 months of experience working in a retail or healthcare environment
* Previous experience working with arenaflex or a similar pharmacy chain
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Experience with store stock control and inventory management
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
