You'll handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and build strong relationships with our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services * Modify and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels * Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications * Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers * Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers **Requirements** * Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection * No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Excellent writing skills and email etiquette * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Skills** * 1 year of chat support experience preferred * CRM/support tool experience a plus * Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment **U.S. Law Compliance** arenaflex is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
