As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, and patients, to ensure that their needs are met accurately and efficiently. **Job Description** We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product education, and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a world-class customer experience. **Responsibilities** As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims * Continuous evaluation of current policies and SOPs, with recommendations for process improvements * Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner * Reading and understanding explanation of benefits or correspondence * Documenting all activity made to a claim * Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients * Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * REMOTE WORK: Dedicated work-from-home space * Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity * Previous medical and/or call center experience (a plus) * Technical Requirements: + Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second + No satellite internet + Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (no Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports) **Why Join arenaflex?** As a Client Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Work from home opportunity * Generous paid time off * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options * Flexible Spending Accounts * 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase plans * No Charge Lab Testing * Fitness Reimbursement Program * And many more incentives! **Pay Range and Schedule** The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00.
