As a Customer Architect at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI. **Your Responsibilities** As a Customer Architect, you'll work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to support a portfolio of high-growth customers. Your primary objectives will be to: * Partner with customers to identify business needs and develop customized solutions that leverage our AI writing capabilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, validate, and implement customized solutions that meet customers' technical and business requirements * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our AI writing solutions, the broader AI and LLM landscape, and our customers' ecosystems to provide prescriptive solution recommendations * Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality results * Work closely with Engineering to QA outputs, calibrate, and iterate until optimal results are achieved * Develop new processes, systems, and workflows to reduce time-to-value for our customers * Ensure we have collateral, documentation, and processes to support customers in their technical integration needs * Communicate the voice of the customer back to our Product and Engineering teams to inform product enhancements and drive business growth **Is This You?** We're looking for a seasoned technical professional with a passion for delivering meaningful business results.
