Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries: Utilize your excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding product information, promotions, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the arenaflex brand reputation.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate and detailed customer records in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members: Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Provide product recommendations: Provide product recommendations and assist customers in making purchasing decisions, staying up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Identify and escalate customer trends: Identify and escalate any customer trends or issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Meet performance metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and order processing accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 4 years of experience: At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
- Problem-solving skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
- Computer skills: Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software and other customer service tools.
