As a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assessing customers' needs, suggesting products and services that meet their home and business needs
* Adjusting billing, negotiating claims, and arranging product substitutions/returns
* Managing customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling
* Remaining current on arenaflex Business products and services
* Owning the customer experience
* Providing support to internal sales reps

You're a problem-slayer with excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport by discovering customer needs and problem-solving. You're also a strong communicator with good teamwork and analytical skills.
**Qualifications**
* Minimum:
+ High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
+ 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
+ 1 or more years customer service experience
+ Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport by discovering customer needs and problem-solving
+ Ability to learn and apply new procedures
+ Good teamwork and communication skills
+ Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues
+ Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment
+ Enthusiastic and personable
* Preferred:
+ 1+ years experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
+ 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
+ Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
+ Ability to adapt to constant change
