Position Overview: Customer Engineer, AI/ML – Healthcare & Life Sciences

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic Technical Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in machine learning, helping prospective customers and partners understand the immense capabilities of arenaflex Cloud. You will be responsible for differentiating arenaflex Cloud in the marketplace by showcasing our technical superiority, guiding customers through architecture design, and solving complex technical challenges.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and enterprise customer success. As a Customer Engineer, you will help shape the future of how organizations leverage AI and ML to solve their most critical business problems. You will also have the exclusive opportunity to help customers leverage specialized Machine Learning (ML) hardware developed by arenaflex (e.g., Tensor Processing Unit), working closely with both customers and product development teams to shape the future of this transformative platform.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package designed to attract, retain, and reward top talent. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$213,000, plus eligibility for bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and we ensure equitable compensation based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
