We are seeking an experienced Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany. As a part-time employee, you will work 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, and a weekly presence in our office. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our loyalty program, which is an integral part of our company's DNA and future strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Loyalty Managers in operational tasks and analyses, such as:
+ Administrative support in campaign management, including briefing creation, address releases, and information provision
+ Gutschein creation (stationary/online, international)
+ Maintenance of the Loyalty Backoffice System
+ Setting up new content and benefits
+ Cost control
+ Maintenance of the Gutschein website (CAMP Backoffice)
+ Support in the execution and post-processing of sweepstakes
* Acting as an internal interface, collaborating closely with other departments such as CRM, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Purchasing to ensure optimal coordination
* Identifying and challenging existing processes, and proposing optimization suggestions
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A completed commercial education or equivalent background
* Ideally, you will have prior experience in the loyalty field or in retail/e-commerce
* Enjoy working in a digital environment (e.g., Confluence, Asana), with a solid understanding of the MS Office package and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
* Be motivated by the fast-paced changes and technological advancements of an omnichannel retailer
* Demonstrate a self-reliant, result-oriented, and precise working style
* Possess English language skills
* Be open-minded, a true team player, and willing to work across departments
