As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting a positive shopping experience. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a strong commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Register sales on assigned sales register, provide customers with respectful, fair, pleasant, and efficient checkout service. * Draw in customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. * Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. * Model and promote customer service best practices with all colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience, including interpersonal skills (e.g., welcoming, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex service qualities (e.g., offering assistance proactively, recognizing needs, upgrading until satisfied, etc.). * Provide customers with respectful, pleasant, quick, and efficient help. * Recommend products available for purchase to customers and suggest upsell and cross-sell opportunities. * Register customer purchases on assigned sales register, collect cash and distribute change as required; process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as necessary. * Maintain counters and retirements clean and well-merchandised, take stock, and maintain records. Check in and cost stock as required or as directed by store manager or shift leader. * Carry out Organization asset protection methods to identify and prevent loss. * Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and tobacco products). * Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal, occasional, super displays, and sale stock. Complete resets and updates as directed. * Assist with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by procedures/systems (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, aid stock rotation, utilizing the first-in, first-out technique and restock outs. * Possess working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. * Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print and creative machine, and interesting sales of special photo products. * Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders (pick items), and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store). * Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a perfect, flawless, deliberate store condition and appearance. * Comply with all organization policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues. * Complete unique tasks and other assignments as directed. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) **Preferred Qualifications** * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Previous work experience with arenaflex * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive attitude * Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
