**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Taking orders in the drive-thru and processing payments efficiently
* Assembling orders and delivering food to customers in a timely and friendly manner
* Cleaning the dining room and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
* Working together as a team to ensure continuity of service and meet our high standards
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
* Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
* Ability to ascend or descend stairs
* Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
* Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
