We're looking for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers. As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Assisting Outside Sales Representatives with administrative tasks, such as gathering customer information and preparing quotes
* Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless communication
* Anticipating customer needs and proactively resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
* Preparing quotes and presenting to Sales Representatives and/or customers
* Maintaining customer change orders and delivery information using industry-based software programs
* Assisting customers with questions about their orders and providing solutions to meet their needs
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and great follow-through ability
* Ability to self-motivate and work independently
* Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in the construction industry or a related field
* Knowledge of engineered wood roof and floor trusses
* Familiarity with industry-based software programs
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
