**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and patient records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our veterinary team
* Processing payments, handling client correspondence, and preparing health certificates, immunization certificates, and other essential documents
* Partnering with our veterinary team to meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all
* Admitting patients, handling medical records entries, and updating client and patient information in our practice computer software
* Preparing and sending client correspondence, including procedure reminders, thank you cards, welcome cards, sympathy arrangements, and A/R statements
* Receiving and relaying telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly, answering telephones and handling calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner
* Other duties as assigned, including participating in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives

**Supervisory Responsibility**
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a professional office environment, with exposure to hazards associated with pets, including allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and support.
**Physical Demands**
The physical demands of this role include:
* Regularly talking or hearing
* Frequently sitting, standing, walking, using hands, and reaching with hands and arms
* Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds up or down one flight of stairs
**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**
This is a full-time position, with shifts and hours of work Monday through Sunday. You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Required Education and Experience**
* High school degree
* Previous client service experience is desirable
* Computer experience
