You'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections with our passengers, creating a welcoming, valued, and respected environment, and delivering exceptional travel experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform as a Customer Service Representative: * Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner, building customer loyalty and commitment * Step up and anticipate customer needs, while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility * Work collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues and helping them achieve success * Navigate challenges with consistency and adaptability, retaining composure and managing issues in a professional manner * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to improve the customer experience * Collaborate with other teams, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Stay up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and products, and communicate this information to customers in a clear and concise manner * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Qualifications:** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Minimum of 18 years old * Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies * Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage * Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility **How to Apply:** Ready to join our team?
