**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through order taking, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting with in-store duties, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing transactions, and handling customer complaints

**Physical Requirements**
The physical demands of this role include:
* Standing for long periods, with occasional walking and sitting
* Lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds
* Climbing stairs or ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance
* Stooping, bending, and crouching to stock shelves, clean low areas, and perform other tasks
* Reaching, including reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States of America
* Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
