**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track call types
* Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
* Meet or exceed customer service standards and support service levels
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience required
* Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
* Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
* A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
* Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel
* SAP experience a plus
* Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
* Ability to navigate information systems and internet
* Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual French speaking skills
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of optical industry products and services
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
