**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering the highest level of customer service experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective

* Resetting passwords, assisting with creating accounts, and uploading documents as needed
* Helping customers manage their accounts, verify eligibility for coverages, and review healthcare options
