If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex partners via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly. * Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner, using basic problem-solving techniques and escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed. * Edit calendars, pricing, and assist other departments as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. * Teach calendar management, website usage, and other tools to partners, providing guidance and support to ensure they're fully utilizing our products and services. * Gather evidence for credit card disputes and write responses for the credit card processor, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. * Use basic computer skills and troubleshoot issues, proficiently using the arenaflex website, extranet, chat, and other required programs. * Read and understand listing information, including locations, restrictions, cancellation policies, and refund policies, to provide accurate and informed support. * Calculate refunds and order modifications when prices change or an order is canceled, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. * Perform other tasks as required by supervisors, ensuring seamless support to our partners. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of customer service experience preferred. * Reliable high-speed home internet and a working cell phone for text messaging vendors or team members. * Ability to type at least 50 words per minute and multitask, using several screens and/or programs at the same time. * Basic computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues, with potential to learn custom computer software as updates occur. * General understanding of online travel applications and services. * Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. * Must be located in FL, AL, LA, MS, or GA. **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. * Experience with custom computer software and online travel applications. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with minimal background noise and distractions.
