Our Client Care division is a key part of our business, and we are seeking talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members by answering their questions and resolving their concerns related to their healthcare plans. You will work from home, using your computer and phone to communicate with members and provide support.
