* Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems in a fun and fast-paced environment
* Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
* Work collaboratively with peers to resolve complex customer issues and escalate pain points to enable arenaflex to improve and deliver world-class customer service
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry best practices in customer service
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and peers
* Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote
* Experience working in a call center or virtual customer service environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
