**What You Will Do in This Role**
As a Customer Service / Tax Preparation Representative - Seasonal working from home, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving routine problems and questions
* Help customers prepare their tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely completion of their tax filings
* Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
* Offer additional products and/or services to customers, upselling and cross-selling to meet their needs
* Deliver expert customer experiences, providing exceptional service and support to every customer interaction
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Recent tax experience, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
* 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in math and communication skills
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
* A work computer will be provided after the first day of training is complete
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
