We're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team and contribute to our success. **Your Role and Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring the Customer Success department follows best practices and maintains high standards * Coordinating inbound sales leads with our Head of Sales, including attending demos, negotiating contracts, and pricing for enterprise users * Meeting with enterprise users to explain new features and provide training * Proactively identifying and resolving issues with users who have exceeded their plan limits * Updating internal documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information * Running L10 Meetings for the Customer Success team to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing * Maintaining and owning our HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless data management **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS or technical product environment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users and stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions * Autonomy and self-motivation, as you'll be working independently with minimal supervision * Impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work * An empathetic approach to helping users succeed and overcome challenges * Experience working with user CRMs, preferably HubSpot **Nice-to-Have Skills** While not essential, the following skills will be beneficial: * Experience with Intercom, ClickUp, and Jira * Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts * Ability to work with landing page builders such as ClickFunnels or Convertri for support purposes **What You'll Love About arenaflex** At arenaflex, we offer a unique and dynamic work environment that's perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
