**Tasks**
As a Customer Support & AI Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling real customer needs: Respond to inbound support tickets, mainly via email, with growing volumes in chat and occasional phone calls. Most questions are about orders: deliveries, returns, and product help. You'll bring clarity, speed, and calm to every conversation.
* Making support better every day: Help spot patterns, build knowledge base, auto-generate answers, and work closely with the team to reduce ticket volume, speed up resolution, and raise customer satisfaction.
