With a focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to exceed expectations and build long-lasting relationships with our customers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Representative on our night shift team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our technical teams to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
