Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on our journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images * Identifying document types based on provided guidelines * Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards * Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards * Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed * Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes * Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out * Performing other basic office duties as assigned **Compensation & Schedule** * Pay Rate: $12 per hour * Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred * A minimum of 20 hours per week is required * Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday **What We're Looking For** To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: * Self-motivation and a strong work ethic * Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes * High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency * Ability to learn quickly and follow both simple and complex instructions * Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality * Proficiency in reading and speaking English **Typing Requirements** * WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy * KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy **Why Join arenaflex?** We offer a workplace culture that values teamwork, humility, and fairness.
