**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Engineer, Infrastructure Modernization to join our team. As a trusted advisor to key customers, you will help them understand and utilize arenaflex Infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and architectural patterns. You will demonstrate how arenaflex is differentiated, highlighting the power of arenaflex Infrastructure by working with customers on POCs, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking.
**Responsibilities**
* Be a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them understand and utilize arenaflex Infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and architectural patterns.
* Demonstrate how arenaflex is differentiated, highlighting the power of arenaflex Infrastructure by working with customers on POCs, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking.
* Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams.
* Influence arenaflex Infrastructure product direction as a trusted representative for both customers and product teams.
* Travel to customer sites and events as needed.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in virtualization or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
* Experience in performing technical presentations or public speaking.
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems (preferred).
* Experience with containers and associated technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Serverless, and Microservices (preferred).
* Experience in understanding a complex customer's existing software workload and the ability to define a technical migration roadmap to the cloud reflecting specific customer needs (preferred).
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and containerization.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
* Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements.
