**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving routine and complex problems, escalating issues to supervisors as needed
* Answering incoming customer service orders as soon as possible, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
* Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers
* Documenting activity in our DDF system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Consistently checking appropriate DDF screens for report results to call back to customers
* Displaying the ability to enter orders manually via our fax process
* Displaying the ability to operate the phone system effectively
* Adhering to work schedule and meeting productivity targets
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to perform different tasks and retain knowledge, with a focus on cross-training and continuous learning
* Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Solid customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on resolving complex issues
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to type 35-40 words per minute, with accuracy and efficiency
* Flexible and adaptable to change, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
* Medical terminology experience preferred but not required
* A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required
* High-speed internet access for remote work
