As a Customer Support Services Analyst, you'll be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, advancing medical research, and educating the next generation of healthcare professionals. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Services Analyst, you will provide advanced consultation, training, and troubleshooting to technical staff and end-users for hardware, software, network, and related computer systems. You'll analyze, recommend, install, configure, and evaluate systems and tools for internal and end-user use, as well as develop and conduct tests of hardware and software. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our technical staff and end-users have the support they need to deliver high-quality patient care and advance our research and education mission. **Responsibilities** * Provide day-to-day advanced consultation, training, instruction, and troubleshooting/problem-solving to technical staff and end-users * Analyze, recommend, install, configure, and evaluate systems and tools for internal and end-user use * Develop and conduct tests of hardware and software and report on configurations and behavior * Develop and provide technical documentation and training * Assess needs and recommend hardware and software acquisitions and upgrades * Troubleshoot, resolve, or appropriately triage moderately complex network connectivity issues * Provide internal technical support to more junior staff members **Requirements** ### Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in a related area; and/or equivalent experience/training * Professional experience providing information systems support and management in a large-scale organization * Experience conducting escalated, broad technical support, including hardware and software tests, analyzing test results, and producing reports of conclusions and recommendations ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a healthcare environment * CompTIA Network+ Certification * Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) **What We Offer** arenaflex offers a competitive salary ranging from $59,675 to $96,006 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
