We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Development team. As a key member of this team, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify untapped opportunities, and optimize content performance. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and unexplored content opportunities
* Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions and optimize content performance
* Streamline content release and episode deployment processes
* Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python
* Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, and clustering
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
* Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges
