We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our vision. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Airport Operations team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our airport operations are running efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time remote position, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist managers and directors by performing administrative tasks and duties related to planning, finance, creditor liabilities, report preparation, and health organization related to office and faculty capabilities in a Station Operations office * Aid in the development and support of operational plans for station activity capabilities using computer-generated volume data and staffing rules * Forecast future labor force needs and may assist with planning the allocation of staffing resources to meet operational requirements to ensure effective cost and performance control * Create and maintain measurable data and plans data and reports relating to budgets, office estimates, activities, and performance * Make local purchases within approved limits, maintain office supplies, and cycle local announcements for payment * Perform faculty-related duties, including documentation, handling finance according to association agreements and company policy * Provide support for management by coordination and planning of reports related to faculty capabilities * Provide work guidance, direction, and training for the Representative - Station Operations (as needed) **What We're Looking For:** * A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, management, or a related field) * 2-4 years of experience in a regulatory job * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word * Ability to analyze and report out on data * Strong and positive interpersonal skills * Ability to work with all levels of the organization * Thorough and detail-oriented * Ability to remain calm and composed in high-volume/high-pressure situations * Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship * Effective completion of an interview to meet work capability * Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position **What Will Set You Apart:** * Professional education (e.g., master's degree or higher) * Carrier experience (e.g., experience working in the airline industry) * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
