**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering patient information, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you an excellent fit for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter patient information, including demographic data, medical history, and prescription details, into our electronic health record system.
* Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information, checking for medication interactions, and ensuring accurate dosing.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
* Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, policies, and procedures related to data entry and patient care.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or data management.
* Current licensure as a pharmacist or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
* Experience in a retail pharmacy setting, including prescription filling and processing, records management, and customer service.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and processing, records management, and customer service.
* Experience with electronic health record systems and data management software.
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA and state-specific requirements.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
