**Essential Capabilities**
* Experience with data analysis and machine learning tools, including SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and other relevant technologies
* Strong understanding of data science concepts, including data visualization, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects to deliver data-driven solutions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant technologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights
* Experience with data governance and data quality, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and consistent
* Strong understanding of data security and compliance, ensuring that data is protected and handled in accordance with regulatory requirements
