**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data strategist to join our team of innovation experts. As a data strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data management strategies that align with our organization's goals and industry best practices. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, address challenges, and drive data-driven decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute comprehensive data management strategies that align with arenaflex's goals and industry best practices
* Supervise the collection, storage, and management of large datasets, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory norms (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
* Investigate complex datasets, identify patterns, and extract valuable insights to inform data-driven decision-making
* Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from data, identify patterns, trends, and correlations, and present findings to key stakeholders
* Execute processes and procedures to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the data lifecycle
* Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to understand data needs, address challenges, and support data-driven decision-making
* Assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities. Lead the implementation of data management systems and infrastructure upgrades on a case-by-case basis

**Required Capabilities**
* 4 years of experience in data-driven initiatives, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
* 4 years of management experience
* 4 years in a data-related role, with a strong understanding of data management principles, processes, and tools
* Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
**Desired Capabilities**
* Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
* Meticulous approach to data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory principles
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts to achieve strategic objectives
