Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic Customer Service team. As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various customer service roles. Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, preferably in the customer service industry, and will be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking. You will also screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers, maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and hiring progress, and build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
