Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States and have a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
- Windows PC with I5 CPU or better, 8GB RAM or more, and a reliable internet connection with speeds greater than 50MB per second (hardwired connection required)
- USB headset and a strong understanding of computer hardware and software applications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to address customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Ability to handle credit card transactions accurately and securely, if required
